These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Slimpiet, a chat automation service operated by Carel Venter Websites (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2014/043082/07), Nylstroom (Modimolle), Limpopo, South Africa ("we", "us", "our").
Slimpiet connects to a business client's Facebook Page and/or WhatsApp Business number and automatically responds to customer messages using information supplied by that business (such as operating hours, services, and pricing).
A business that engages our services ("business client") agrees to:
Members of the public who message a business client's Page or WhatsApp number acknowledge that:
Slimpiet may not be used to send unsolicited marketing messages, to collect sensitive personal information from end customers, or in any way that violates Meta's platform policies or applicable South African law, including POPIA.
We aim to keep Slimpiet operating reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Automated responses are provided on a best-effort basis and may occasionally be inaccurate; business clients remain responsible for verifying critical information (such as pricing and bookings) with their customers where needed.
To the extent permitted by law, Carel Venter Websites (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Slimpiet, including losses arising from inaccurate automated responses or service interruptions.
We may update Slimpiet's features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
